Shipping Policy

After clearance of payment, we strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days whenever possible. You will be notified by email when your package(s) ships.

All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes or packages may or may not be addressed from "Calvary Coins"

If we are away attending a coin show or at some other unexpected event and cannot ship promptly, we will try to notify you of the delay.

 

U.S.A. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping - If your order is $99 or more, and you live anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states), shipping is on us! Should you choose to order less than $99, you'll pay just $2.95 for shipping.

We ship First Class mail and include tracking. Items over $500 are shipped with signature confirmation.

 

Canada Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada using the United States Postal Service and include insurance and tracking. Price for shipping is dependent on the total value of the item or items. We cannot ship items (or items totaling) $4,001 and above in one parcel. Please refer to the scale below for Foreign postal rates:

***CUSTOM FEES MAY APPLY! Calvary Coins is NOT responsible for what the Canadian government charges on import fees, as we have no control over that. Buyers should thoroughly research their country's customs fees prior to purchase and be prepared to pay for what their own government demands of them.***

 

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.A. or Canada. Any orders placed for which the shipping address is outside of the U.S.A or Canada will be cancelled.

 

Lost Packages Policy

Lost packages will receive a refund no sooner than 30 days after the shipment date or be re-shipped at our discretion. If there is an issue with your order such as missing or damaged items, we need to be contacted within 5 business days of the receipt of your package. Please retain your packing slip as it contains necessary information for verification purposes. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party.
